Century South Theatres is located in Century Plaza, 1215 Grosvnor, I-35 at Loop 13. It opened in September, 1969 and is the first Multiplex built in San Antonio. The theatre was built and owned by John Santikos. In 1986, Santikos leased the theatre to Act III. Santikos has picked up the theatre business and continues to run the theatre. It has been remodeled and opened as Mayan Palace Stadium.
