I had the pleasure of meeting Dan Daniels and his wife today, December 2, 2007. I was given his name by Paul Adair. After a short introduction, Mr. Daniels took me to his theatre, the Palace Theatre in downtown Seguin, TX. His father built the theatre in 1947. I was there in 1950. It has a crying room and a smoking room, with windows to allow patrons to watch the movie without bothering other patrons.
