Fiesta Cinemas opened in October, 1996 and was built by Santikos and managed by ACT III. It remained in ACT III control until Regal Cinemas bought out  ACT III  in early  2000's.  After  the change,  Fiesta Cinemas continued  as  a  Regal Cinemas theatre. The name was changed to Fiesta Stadium 16. Santikos took back control of all theatres built before ACT III became involved except Embassy Theatres which was part of Santikos property for decades.

In regards to the photographs to the right. The first six were taken on December 22, 2006 as was the movie. The last three photographs were taken in October, 1996 just after the theatre opened.
