Northwest Six Theatres, Later 10, 14, 16 was built in 1976 and is located at I-10 off Callaghan. It was owned by Santikos who later leased it to ACT III, Santikos Theatres. ACT III sold to Regal. In the early 2000's Santikos took back the theatres and Northwest is being remodeled this year.
